Afte being so disappointed with brink, I am veryt hesitant to pre-purchase a new title so I figured I would wait until it was out.

Post by: X-Infinity-Zero on February 19, 2013, 07:01:18 PM Cyphis and Renegade had shown me the game play footage a month ago and I was very impressed with how it looked, so much so I was thinking about pre-ordering it but I decided to wait and I’m kind of glad I did.
I went to Sega.com and checked their dedicated forums for the game and I found out that there are a lot of pissed off people. Same thing goes for the Steam forums. A lot of people I saw were requesting refunds because I guess a lot of them bought it based off the game play footage. I honestly can’t think of what happened to this game but something must have really gotten messed up in production. There is a rumor on the forums saying that Gearbox embezzled the money that Sega gave them for production of the game and put it into another game. Some are saying it was Borderlands 2 but again these are just rumors. Best comment I read in the forums was “This game is so messed up that pirates don’t even want to pirate the game.” All in all I think this is a title I will just skip. |
