Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will support LAN play, as Robert Bowling tweets: "Yes, #MW3 has LAN along with detailed class restriction control + default class creation option," later detailing those restriction options in this tweet: "Ability to restrict any weapon, equipment, perk, deathstreak, secondary, attachment, ANYTHING from being used when setting up game." Thanks PC Gamer. Hmm will BF3 support LAN play? This makes things a bit more interesting. I am glad to hear this because it may put pressure on EA to come out with LAN options a little sooner.
I probably will not buy MW3 if BF3 releases LAN support. I know I am not alone in the PC community on that decision. Heck if Mw3 has lan and bf3 does not by the time of the Nov Lan I can see us doing an MW3 tournament.
