If they do not get the pre-orders, you pay regular price, but then they give the money to charity.

The game reminds me of Fear meets Half Life 2 meets Left for Dead 2. It looks really interesting. I do like the fact they will give all to a charity if they do not make it though. Plus 10% if they do.
