NeXus LAN

Hello NeXus LAN,

The 2019 LAN season will be here before we know it!!!  We have plenty of updates, changes, bringing back some things (tournaments) we have done in the past etc for the 2019 events.    

We would like to say thank you to retiring staff Evildoer, and Ronster.   As well as a welcome back to Cyphis to NeXus LAN Staff.

2019 event dates –

NeXus LAN 23 (spring) – March 16/17th 2019
NeXus LAN 24 (Fall) – Sept 14/15th 2019

Event times have been modified as well.   The event will now open at 10 am for setup  and registration with the network going live at 11 am.   Event ends Sunday at 3 pm.

NeXus LAN 23 registration will kick off this coming Saturday 11/3/18 at 2 pm EST with group pre-registration, followed with open registration beginning Saturday 11/17/18 at 2 pm EST.

Group registration info –

Each group will nominate a captain to handle the purchase of the seats.  The captain will be responsible for making sure each member has paid them for their seats, making sure each member is registered on the forums, emailing renegade@nexuslan.org with the list of names in their group, and submitting 1 payment for their entire group via Paypal.

Groups MUST have (5) or more members to be eligible for group seating.

Cost for each group member is $27.00.  (25.00 seat + 2.00 pre-reg group fee)
NeXus LAN admins will seat groups together in the middle room of the Moose on the white straight tables Row B or C.

There is a max of 40 total seats for group seating.  Any seats not filled by groups will be open seating when general registration begins.

General seating info –

General seating will open 11/17/18 with early bird pricing of $25.00 per seat from 11/17/18 through 12/14/18, then on 12/15/18 pricing will increase to $30.00, any available seats at the door will also be $30.00 each.
