Title: Quake3 Tournament Post by: naymlis on February 24, 2009, 12:19:35 AM Hello, I live in Kent and am interested in competing in the Quake3 tournament but would like to know more information before I make plans. I mostly would like to know what mod and maps will be used? I suggest CPMA mod using the vq3 gametype and using popular maps like the proving grounds (pro-q3dm6).
I am also curious if there will be any prizes. I may end up being a FFA type tournament.
Prizes will be based on what our sponsors provide. But there will definitely be a prize. We are a fun LAN so everyone has a good time which is why on team based games we make it random teams. |
