I'm on 20 down with 2 up service from Time Warner and I wonder if EA paid Time Warner for improved bandwidth? The download began at around 1.5 MB/sec then shot up to 20 MB/sec. It slowly fell to 8 and stayed there for a while. Now it's fairly stable at 2.8 with minor movement up and down but that is the expected range. It still has a few hours to go and then I'll be ready for ... Titanfall!
