The first Parlor City LAN on 7/26/14

This will be held in Bluffton, IN (about 45 mins south of Fort Wayne). We are renting the Expo Hall of the Wells County 4H building which will give us room and power for 125 BYOC seats. We will additionally have the room for 80 console and table top gamers in a different area. Adamswells Internet will be providing a 100MB+ fiber connection for the event!

BOYC - $20
Console - $10
Table Top - $5

You can take $5 off of any ticket by bringing approved food donations (details on registration page). These donations and proceeds of the event are going to the Backpack For Kids Foundation.

Just wanted to clarify on the donation discount – you can receive $0.50 off your entry fee per every food item donated. There will be no limit to the number of items donated, but there will be a maximum discount of $5 off. Therefore, 10 items will get you the $5 dollar discount. These items will go directly to the Backpack for Kids Foundation.  I’m still working on obtaining the official list of approved items, and it will be posted on facebook as well as the registration site once available... Although we require full admission be paid during registration, we’ll give you the donation discount as a refund at check-in of the event.

Additionally, we had to change the price of the table top entrance fee. It and console players will be $10/person, but you will be able to participate in both of these gaming areas as well as the open simulations and contests in the PC area.
