I also selected my seat in row C at the second table from the bottom, right below sooth. I have now lost my seat and pixieshimmer has taken it. What should I do?

I was looking at the seating chart to verify my group of 9 was all there and everyone was in the correct place as of the 11th @ 18:07 , but now today Xeroxbeta's seat has been bumped/removed. There was an issue with Spectrum resolving to our website earlier that could have affected it. Without a deep log dive I don't have a final answer but it is corrected and everyone is seated that paid for a seat. Sorry for the mix up.

I will be happy to refund your seats , if you don't want to sit apart. Otherwise you can see if someone will switch the day of the event. We did give plenty of notice about registration and when it opened. Again my apologies but this is the correct thing to do in this case. |
