6 pm - 12 AM 1st NeXus LAN Pre-Party at the Moose. Sponsored by The Game Haven Saturday - (*) 11 am - Doors Open 2 pm - CS:Go (+) 5 pm - Raffle 7 pm - Overwatch (+) 12 am - Rocket League (+) 12 am - Bucket sales end at bar. 12:30 am - LAST CALL for orders from Bar 12:45 am - Staff begin pulling all alcohol glasses / bottles from event. All alcohol must be pulled / consumed by 12:55 am 3 am - 9 am - Quiet gaming time / Sleep time, doors to venue are locked down. NO and we mean NO equipment / Hardware may leave the venue from the hours of 2 am - 9 am. See the updated quiet time policy to be posted soon. Sunday - (*) 9 am - Doors to venue re-open 10 am - League of Legends Tournament (+) 1 pm - Raffle 2 pm - Call of Duty 4 Tournament (+) (*) Note - This schedule is a current guide line, updates can happen with out notice. Tournaments an Raffles will not start before posted times. No changes to this schedule will be made after April 1st. (+) Note - Tournament signups will be locked down 1 hour before the posted start time. There will be a player / team meeting 15 minutes before the scheduled tournament start time. If anyone signed up for the tournament does not show up for the meeting they will be dropped from the tournament. Tournament titles will be announced at end of voting. Schedule will be updated at that time. |
