Title: Games to be played & Tentative Schedule Post by: twodavez on September 01, 2009, 12:27:31 AM Do you have a list of games that will more than likely be played at the LAN so that we can ensure we've purchased them prior to the LAN ;)
Also is there any type of schedule for games to be played. Obviously there will be lots going out and everyone can play whatever they'd like, but i my past experiences, it's been nice to set up a tentative schedule so that people have an idea of what's coming up and what everyone else might be in the mood to play. Left 4 Dead COD 4, 5, (whatever is latest/greatest), World At War Team Fortress 2 CS:S Saw a few older games being played too, such as battlefield 1942/ BF2, diablo 2, warcraft 3, quake 3, and such. Ya never know what games might pop up. 8) As far as consol games go the guys that run the LAN are always ontop of the greatest/best available. Yep, that is basically the main PC games that are played, but people always bring other games to try out including mods, etc. For example it is basically 99.9% that we will be playing COD4 Freeze Tag mod as the official main PC tournament. We are a fun LAN so all kinds of games are played. We do announce over the speakers when we or someone starts a server though (as long as they come up and tell me).
