Would you like to stream at NeXus LAN V19? 

If you have a dedicated twitch / or other streaming following for gaming and would like to stream at NeXus LAN V19 - send me an email at sideout@nexuslan.org with the details.

We plan on streaming the tourney finals live as well but are looking for a few others to stream live at the event potentially as well.

No group seating will not be an option this event.   We will make every effort to get your group seated together if at all possible.  Plenty of notice was given for registration. We will be monitoring the registration process on the 11th to make sure the paypal processing goes smoothly.

if csgo does get put in how does the tournament work?

do we just get put with random people and is there a random prize pool?

All of our tourney's are random draw for teams.   Typically they are sponsored tourney's and we have prizes ranging from power supplies  to headsets  to mice , and keyboards.

In regards to the cot / sleeping areas - we plan on marking / indicating where those areas are and they will be available on a 1st come  / 1st served basis at registration.

We would ask that if you do not plan on using one , do not ask for one at registration.  Anyone found  to be selling their area to another attendee will be removed from the event with no refund.   We are not going to be charging you so do not look to make a profit off a fellow attendee.

We will make them available at 1am for use so that is an 8 hour window to use them.

We will look to maximize the area available to be able to provide as many as we can to the attendees.

As we look to expand our event to grow bigger in size potentially , it becomes an issue of space available.

[NeXusLAN'ers , due to some feedback from the Moose Lodge , we are going to implement the following rule changes for all NeXusLAN event's going forward:]

NeXusLAN'ers , due to some feedback from the Moose Lodge , we are going to implement  the following rule changes for all NeXusLAN event's going forward:

1. All alcohol sales will be done at the back bar in the LAN party area.  This area will be staffed from 1230pm till 1230am on Saturday and 1230pm till 4pm on Sunday.   The bar in the Moose Social area is not to be utilized by LAN attendees or staff.

2. All alcohol needs to be removed by 1am from the LAN gaming area - we will be enforcing this rule and violations will result in ejection and ban from all NeXusLAN events for you and any associated group / party members.  Last call is at 1230am on Saturday and 330pm on Sunday.

3. Anyone caught bringing alcohol into the Moose or trying to hide alcohol for consumption after 1am will be subject to ejection and ban for yourself and your associated group / party members.

4. The venue will be in a lockdown from 2am until 8am.  There will be 1external door for access available but no equipment will be removed after 2am.
    a. This will be the west side door in the middle of the building

5. We will have limited sleeping areas available for attendees.  As per Moose International policy sleeping will need to be done at your purchased seat , at available space UNDER the table , in designated cot areas , or you may bring tents to camp in the fenced area at the Moose.
     a. NeXusLAN will designate sleeping / cot areas for use on a limited basis.
     b. These area's will be taped off for your use on a 1st come / 1st serve basis.
     c.  No cots / air mattresses will be setup until 2am and will need to be taken down by 9am the following day.
     d. You may sleep in the parking lot in your vehicle as well but you will not be able to  re-enter the building until the morning.
     e. NeXusLAN is working to secure a "host hotel" and event discount.

6. The no smoking / vaping rule will still be in effect. Anyone in violation will be ejected from the event.

These changes will be incorporated into the event waiver that everyone will be required to sign at the event.

Here in the next few weeks we will post info for NeXusLAN 19 and open registration.  Our staff meeting is the 28th so look for registration to open after that.
