Homefront or Black Ops?

Okay, at the request of my older brother, I am putting this out there for any feedback...

I know I am probably asking a silly question, but...if I were to buy Homefront or Black Ops, which would you all recommend?

Well all of us have homefront, 1 or 2 that come to the lan do no have black ops.   

Homefront is 50.00

Black ops is 60 and you will need a 14.99 xpac right away as well.

So bang for the buck etc I would say get homefront.

Although I also like Home Front.  I definitely disagree with you on Black Ops.  At least on the PC, it is a VERY good game.

Let me rephrase my statement:  I, personally, feel CoD:BO is the worst CoD ever made.

And I can get into all the issues I've had with the game, issues with hit box registration, netcode, and the atrocious spawning system every CoD game seems to come with...  but this game, in particular, has done what no game before it has done to me:  It makes me want to break things.

I've logged over 400 hours with MW2 and quite a bit with the other CoD titles and none have come close to making me as angry as this game does.  I don't know what it is; according to Raptr, I've logged over 80 hours (with 11hrs dedicated over the last 30 days) with the game and I *still* just can't play the game to a point where I feel that I am constantly being robbed by the game mechanics its self.  The game's mechanical issues have all been very well documented in the Black Ops forums and most people don't notice it or concede that they're there and just over look it.  Me, though, it's just too much and I refuse to play it unless friends ask me to. 

I think it's great that so many people can have fun with the game and find it enjoyable - but me, I've never liked Treyarch and Black Ops just isn't my kind of game.

Interesting. I am complete opposite.  I think Black OPs is the best CoD game ever made.  I could not stand MW2 the peer to peer MP really screwed that game up.  MW2 was such a console port it is not even funny.  Black OPs does not feel like that at all.

I am looking forward to BF3. I hope it stands up to it's hype.
