How about when you click on a sheep over and over again until it finally explodes.....I love that.  Or if you click on your worker orcs a bunch and they finally say "Stop clicking on me!!"

Ah...it's the little things in the game that I liked the most.

I haven't played the game in years (many years), but I still remember it as one of the best games of all time.

My username back then was "orcette" , lol!

Looks like more than on person from the same internet connection on the LAN (nat routing) might not be able to play at the same time as it looks to require portmapping to one machine.  Sad

only need to port map if hosting, if playing on someone elses host should not need to do it and 2 or more from same connection could play.

And you should be able to connect via the local lan IP, and then people from net connect over your net connections.

This was how we did it back in the day with lan and internet players

I know we'll have a small group of people willing to play a Warcraft III mod, Much like the original DotA, but with co-op play consisting of battling waves of enemies trying to get to the home base. I know we played for many hourse at a Indy LAN, but have not been able to get a group together since to complete the map. It's a 8 person task!

Let me knwo if you're bored of FPS's at the LAN and we'll try to get a game going!

I own WC3 but drag and drop would be great for me.

I wonder if WC3 is offered on steam and if so, can we simply just use our box purchased reg key and download from them?
