I've never been to any of your LAN events and was wondering if it is an all offline event or if there will be some type of Internet connection?

There is full internet at the event.

Awesome! Also was wondering if you're allowed to bring in your own drinks ie: bawls energy drink

The location asked for no food or drink carry in as they sell food an drinks at very reasonable prices, as well they will have Bawls Regular, Cherry, Rootbeer, and Orange for sale for $2.00 each.

I see in the rules there is no alcohol.  Will the bartender be available for alcoholic drinks as well?

Yes the Moose has bartenders available during their regular hours to sell drinks / alcohol. You just have to go into the bar or there are vending machines onsite as well.
