NeXus LAN 24 was fantastic!!! We will miss seeing everyone, but hope to see some of you at other LAN's down the line. Thank you everyone for years of support and fun!!!!

How far is your system getting before it restarts? Is it getting past POST? Are you getting Beep Codes? (do you have a PC Speaker hooked up? If it's not getting past POST?)
Pull your board out of your case and run it breadboarded (on top of your mobo box).
It's very uncommon, but sometimes cases can cause shorts. I did not read anything about a new case and are still having weird issues. If it's a case where you have to install the standoffs and you have one in the wrong location it's more common. Less common is contact where there shouldn't be, but it does happen.
Power and Shorting issues always tend to give the weirdest errors.
As someone who has evaluated and purchased chassis' for a business that sold 6,000+ servers / year I can tell you that the cheap rackmount cases are just that.
Supermicro is the best
IStarUSA, AIC are OK. Chenbro is expensive.
Some of the really cheap ones, I've evaluated a case from Athena Power for example, had PCI slot covers that were cut by a jigsaw.
Oh, that gaming system has an almost brand new 500W (I think) PSU too.
Also, I have a coolermaster ITX case + PSU with a dual core atom board in it to.. I think with 2GB of memory if anyone is interested. It was custom painted for my daughter.. and might be pink. Frankly, you can spray paint it too. If anyone is interested, $40 on that. Again, no HDD. Fits a full 3.5" tho and the PSU is built in. Just spray paint it.
The NetTop.. I can't get video to come out of VGA. I'm sure it's a command, button combination, something, but I didn't care enough to figure it out. You should be outputting with HDMI anyway!
