NeXus LAN

NeXus LAN 10 is this weekend.   Here is a list of things to remember to bring / do.


Waiver Document - Age - Parent / Guardian.

All attendee's must have a signed waiver.   We will have them onsite, as well as you can download a copy ahead of time at http://www.nexuslan.org/waiver.php

You must be 16 or older to attend event.

Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent sign and agree to the disclaimer and waiver.  

Children under the age of 16 may attend event but must have a parent or legal guardian at the event at all times.



UPDATE - Please update windows, steam, origin, games etc before the LAN, so the network isn't saturated with people updating day of the event slowing down the network.
 


Equipment - Make sure you have all your power cords, network cords, power strips, Headphones, video cables etc.   We do not have extra of these things to loan out.   P3 Computers will have some network cables, power strips etc availble for sale if needed.



Have travel and sleeping arrangements prepared. We have some room for folks to crash, but may be tight if everyone decides to sleep there.



General stuff -  It is ok to bring your own chair.   There is a fridge that attendee's can put things into.    There may be a microwave available for use but no guarantee's.  



Things not to bring - UPS units, speakers, bad attitudes, monitors over 32" or any multiple monitor setups unless you have 2 seats, portable heaters, toaster ovens, anything that requires power over an above your PC/monitor.
