Looking for new Broadband modem and Wireless router

Looking for a good Broadband modem to replace my TWC modem and a good Router to replace my old trusty linksys 600 router... not pinching pennies, but not looking to drop $400 on a router either.  any suggestions?

Routers - this is what I have - http://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-Nighthawk-AC2350-Smart-Router/dp/B00MRVJY5C/ref=sr_1_15?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1456490355&sr=1-15&refinements=p_89%3ANetgear  I got mine on sale at Black Friday. There is a newer version of it out.
