* If you know what Heroes of Newerth (HoN) is, scroll below the pictures.

Standalone game based on the Defense of the Ancients (DoTA) developed and published by S2 Games

Quote
Defense of the Ancients (DotA) is a custom scenario for the real-time strategy video game Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and its expansion, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne, based on the "Aeon of Strife" map for StarCraft. The objective of the scenario is for each team to destroy the opponents' Ancients, heavily guarded structures at opposing corners of the map. Players use powerful units known as heroes, and are assisted by allied heroes and AI-controlled fighters called "creeps". As in role-playing games, players level up their hero and use gold to buy equipment during the mission.[2]

If you've played DoTA before, and have enjoyed it. Chances are you'll like playing HoN. Some things that you'll appreciate with HoN, is that they try to make the buying system more easier, and they're trying to keep the characters the same, with the names changed of course. Right now its in Closed-Beta but keys are being given out all the time, I currently however don't have any. I was wondering if anyone here is currently playing it?

The three (Muncie Gamers) of us have keys, but don't play it. We tried, and all agreed that League of Legend was more to our liking. I don't even know if we can remember our login anymore.
