I want to get the game. but it PC shouldn't cost $60. I can't swing that.

All of th AAA top end PC games are 60.00 now.   MW2 , SC2, MOH were all 60.00.  Sucks and I agree with you but not much you can do about it as so many accepted the pricing on MW2 that the others are doing it now as well.

Ok, so Renegade told me about unlocking some items off of Single Player Mode.  To unlock one of the zombie maps, you have to complete the single player game.

Does anyone know how to unlock the second zombie map?

The 2nd blacked out zombie not a map its the Dead Ops Arcade game , that you unlock by going to the terminal and typing in DOA once.
