Thats up to you on bringing your own 360. We will have a few there Just to play on. Bring your own COntroller tho.  But as far as TV i would just hook it up to your PC monitor that way you dont lug a TV around all day. I will have 2 360's there and my TV will be there as well. 40" should be enough for 4 persons on a TV depending on how many want to play.
