It really looks like it is going to be a fun time. I went to the mini lan 5.5 and that was a fun time even for just a few hours. A 2 day event is going to be a blast!!

Two little tidbits

UPDATE #1: Apply promo when you have $40+ in the cart, then remove what you don't want and the promo is still applied....an obvious glitch.

UPDATE #2: For those worrying about DRM and not wanting to use EA Download manager, all you have to do is install the download manager to download the game. Then move the downloaded BFBC2 (or any game for that matter) install files to another location and uninstall the download manager. Next, run the install and type it the key (unlock code) to install the game.
You can also download an image on BitTorrent or borrow a disc from a friend. The unlock code will work as the serial number. The only place that the unlock code will not work is on steam. It will work with retail discs.

I still have those beta keys, I know a lot of people asked me for them at the lan, and it kinda got away from me as far as getting them keys. If you want one you can contact me on here, or any other method you might have of getting ahold of me. I'm sorry if I missed you at teh lan, I really meant to hand them out, I guess I just got consumed in playing. People I know wanted keys were -

I just lurk alot, I'm not one to really voice myself over the net too much, I'm more of a face to face type of person. I think the biggest problems I have with forums, Is that they never seem to make it into my daily rounds. I usually hit digg, facebook, woot, etc on a dailybasis. And the few forums that I visit are on a less frequent basis. Ill try to post more though. I don't want nexus to go the way of DLF, that would make me a sad panda.

Yes, I love Dexter. It is one of the very few shows that I will actually look for the next day or try to watch that night. The ending this year was excellent and I am actually kind of excited because I really didn't like the way the show was building up anyway. Now they will be able to take it in a new direction.

Same shit with the actual game release, here it is almost 1:30 EST and the game still hasn't been released. Kind of annoying for those of us who want to play the game. West coast players however should be able to play the game before Monday end's (their time), but I'll have to wait till almost 3am the next day, which is kinda of dumb. Not much I can do about it now. Other than wait of course
