We are planning our second LAN Party as Windy City LAN on June 17th-19th. We are planning on 180 gamers. Our staff has been throwing and attending LAN parties for years. Our first big event back in December had over 130 attendees! We are continuing our goal is to bring the larger style parties back to Chicago. The more games that are multiplayer that come out the more separated we are from each other. Sure you talk to people over team speak, mumble or in-game voice chat. But you lose the energy and excitement that comes with owning someone in the same room as you. That is where we come in bringing this experience back to gaming! Please join us as we begin this new journey together!

Our staff members may hold unofficial tournaments throughout the LAN for prizes as well. These will be posted.

I just wanted to follow up on this post..  We had a successful event. With over 130 attendees and staff this event was amazing for it being our first! We did have some power issues with the hotel not having the power they said they did, but they are upgrading it because they want us back! Look for our next event posting soon, we are planning for June, 2016.

Windy City LAN We are planning our first LAN as Windy City LAN on December 4-6th. Doors will be open to the public on December 4th at 12:00pm. We have room for 160 gamers, with room to expand! We have secured a venue at the Holiday Inn - Elk Grove Village!

We are very hopeful that we are starting a new era of LAN gaming in the Chicago area. Chicago has been lacking in the massive LAN space for many years. The Windy City LAN staff have been attending and throwing LAN parties for years. Mostly at home LANs. Some have attended larger LAN parties in other cities and states. But it's Chicago time now.  Our goal is to bring the larger style parties back to Chicago. Please join us as we begin this new journey together!
