It's been used for about 6 months, it's in 100% fully functional condition, did some upgrades, will no longer use, just wanting some money to buy a new case for my computer,I played BF3 daily on it on high with decent FPS, the temps are pretty low on it. It goes on ebay for around 125$ used. The card will be in a antistatic bag and bubble wrap in its original box. This includes the original box, driver cd(still go Nvidia.com to get the newest drivers), 1 DVI to VGA adapter, and if you need it, I will find a 4 pin molex to 6 pin adapter.
