I have a friend at school that's building a custom computer for his senior project.

He is looking to buy a gtx 560 or greater.
$200 is the most he would be looking at spending depending on the card.

If anyone has a card to sell please let me know. Project finals are coming up and he already has his case ready.

Here is a referb for 179.00
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130763

They also come with a warranty.

I am also sure Renegade could get you a good deal on something.  Smiley

I would think you would be able to get a 580 for around that price now.  That is still what I use in my desktop and have not found a reason to upgrade yet.  I always get the top of the line and then able to skip a generation or two before an upgrade is needed.

580's are still 450+ new so not sure you will find on for 200, but maybe used.

I know he said 560, you all need to READ all the threads.   Action said above my post that for 200 you could probably get a 580.  Was commenting that shockinly those are still rather high.

Wow I did not know 580s were still that much.  I paid not much more than that when it first came out.
