Barely any difference at all in pure CPU benchmarks

Features of the chipset are poo poo for gamers as well.

Kind of embarrassing really, I wonder if AMD will take this opportunity to gain some ground.. even though they said they were backing off on desktop chips.

I agree, there is not a substantial increase in performance over the Ivy-bridge. I'll stick with my Sandy-bridge i5 and maybe move up to the i7 2600k eventually.

I do not plan to carry them in store at this time.  Once my 1155 are gone I might but for now sticking with 1155 as most builds I do here are for gamers.
