Ok all, I need a new Video card but only want to spend 100-200. Please help me decide because a lot of the Specs have gotten a little over my head.

Go with a 460/560 I would suggest they are in the 180 - 220 range pretty much.

Nvidia is going to be coming out with their next series soon and prices on the current cards should come down quite a bit when that happens.

And won't hurt to wait till Black Friday as well.  Me personally I love my Radeon HD5770's and one worked out great as well.
